The third community meeting was held May 28, 2003 at the Goshen Ramada Conference Center from 7:30 am until noon.  

At the meeting, William Johnson presented why the county had engaged in a strategic planning process.  Elaine Fisher presented the goals, objectives, and action plans that compose the strategic plan.  William Johnson then presented the implementation plan.  Dennis Koehn then facilitated an input session where participants responded to the plan.
