The second community meeting was held November 6, 2002 at the Goshen Ramada Conference Center from 7:30 am until noon.  

At the meeting, Don Iannone of Donald T. Iannone & Associates gave a presentation entitled Elkhart County: A Dose of Radical Economic Thinking.

Following the presentation, Elaine Fisher (CECD) and Dennis Koehn (Koehn Consulting) presented information about the input collected through the first community meeting, interviews, and focus groups.

The key components of a vision for Elkhart County were then developed by the participants.
