The action planning teams have been responsible for developing goals, objectives, and benchmarks around their issue area.  The action planning team co-chairs were selected by the steering committee and action team members selected by the co-chairs.  The action planning co-chairs attended a training session on November 20, 2002 in Goshen.

The materials distributed at the training session are available below.  The action planning team co-chairs met with the steering committee and the consulting team on January 23, 2003 to discuss each team's goals and objectives.
