Speaker Bio - Bob Jorth

Executive Administrator of the Kalamazoo Promise scholarship.

Bob was responsible for the implementation of this groundbreaking nationally recognized scholarship program. He has a Masters in Public Administration from Western Michigan University and a bachelor degree from Wartburg College.

He has served on numerous community organization boards involved in social justice and environmental concerns. Prior to The Kalamazoo Promise he was quality assurance manager in the aerospace industry and an independent database designer. He has two grown children who attended Kalamazoo Public Schools and has been a resident of Kalamazoo for over 20 years.
