Project website.

- The Horizon
Project is a countywide visioning and development planning process
which was initiated in the summer of 2002 and is now
moving into the implementation phase. This website enables you to review the organization,
the process, and the results of this broad-based community planning
effort.

Action Plan is now available on the
Final
Plan page. This document includes all of the
appendices.

- Chairman
William Johnson and other steering committee members will be
soliciting people to work on implementing the actions set forth in the
Horizon Project plan.
